Setps to include Notepad++ portable to use with BartPE:

Download the EXE-file and intsall it to "plugin\notepad++\files" directory.

Copy files subdirectories in dircetory "plugin\notepad++\files\App\Notepad++" to "plugin\notepad++\files".

Copy files in dircetory "files\App\DefaultData\settings" to "plugin\notepad++\files".

Delete Directories: "plugin\notepad++\files\app", "plugin\notepad++\files\data", "plugin\notepad++\files\others"
